i supose you would have to bleach your hair first, then use a dye the top visible hair with non permanent brown... use silver foil or something. later wash your hair, blow dry it, put on some heat protection oil, get a good straightening iron, poker straight it. comb a fringe to the front and with good sharp scissors cut it in diagonal across your forehead.
