If you are in a profession such as doctor, lawyer, receptionist etc it would be H-O-T! However if you are a down-to-earth chick leave it how it is. The length looks good on you, maybe just trim the dead ends off. And do you ever use a hair straighter? It would make you hair really straight and shiny. I think it would look great on you!

I think with your complexion a strawberry blond with nice natural blond highlights would be perfect! It'll definitely bring out your face more. As far as the length goes, trim it up a bit, some natural laying side swept messy bangs for a more updated look. If you want to go all out a cute bob shorter in the back and longer in the front would look very nice as well.
